We have lived off grid since 2009 and through experience, research and hard work we have learned a lot about solar energy. We continue to learn and remain thoroughly engaged with solar and think it is simply magic. 

Martin (the MD) has a back ground in Project Management with over 40 years’ experience in construction (managing projects up to £150m+) with a particular interest in sustainable construction.

We live off grid on a ten-acre wood – Giants Wood – where we also conduct our business from.

We incorporated the company (Giants Wood Solar Ltd) in January 2022 and enjoy helping people to save money and become more sustainable (win / win).

We run a small but highly skilled installation team that work solely in Norfolk. We are not an MCS registered company and for the foreseeable future that will remain the case. 

We supply used solar panels and all new solar related equipment (incl. new panels) through-out the UK and abroad.

Most of our customers are keen DIY'ers and with a little help most folk can install a solar powered PV system.
